Jen Kingwell’s Quilt Recipes book has finally arrived and was worth the wait!
To Jen, food and quilts symbolize comfort. She grew up on a dairy farm and the country was about community support. The delivery of food in a basket was a way to show support along with a gift of a quilt.
In the beautifully photographed book, Jen shares some of her mom’s cherished dessert recipes as well as instructions for several single repeat block quilts. Her choices of fabric colour and pattern are inspirational!
