Brit Dowson “Everything I Do” February 10th

Brit Dowson is our February speaker.  Brit lives in Simcoe and is currently teaching general interest workshops to adults.  She has previously taught in the elementary and secondary school systems.  Brit is inspired by nature, her Norwegian heritage and by other artists.  She is a quilter, she loves to knit, crochet, cross stitch, and rug hook, she loves it all and is mostly self taught.   She is excited to share her story and her creative adventure with us!

Our meetings are Monday nights, starting at 7pm, although members start coming at 6:30 so there can be more socializing before the meeting. You can find Old Windham Church at 30 Glendale Crescent, Simcoe. Please bring your own mug for coffee and tea, anything you want to show and share for our show and tell, and some loonies for our great draws. New members can join us for the rest of the year (Feb-June) for only $17.50. Our guest fee is $5. We have ongoing sew alongs and swaps. If the weather looks bad, keep your eye on the Twilight Quilters’ Guild Facebook page. A cancellation email will go out to our members.
